"A really good choice"

Faye Cheng, student from Hong Kong

I took the one-to-one course for 5 weeks in EC Manchester. Teachers and staffs are very friendly and willing to provide helps. The course helped me improved my listening and speaking skills a lot. Teachers here are very humour and nice thus the classes were helpful and interesting. Moreover, both the host family and student accommodation were good. My host family mother offered me delicious dinner everyday and talked a lot with me. I could say EC Manchester is really a good choice for studying.

"I want to come back to the UK"

Jessica Moosmann, student from Austria

To be honest, I did not stay that long to be able to make a detailed feedback. But I really like it. I like the school, the teachers and the atmosphere in the classrooms.

"Nice classroom. Highly motivated teacher and staff."

Thorsten Kubatzki, student from Germany

It was really a nice experience. It was my first time my life that I became a student. I'm 49 years old and I was during the time the "Dad" of everyone. The staff was very friendly and try to do everything for me. The teacher were strict, direct and everybody took another way to taught. I liked it very much and it was good for the attention.

Visa support

We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.

If you are studying in the UK for over 11 months, you will receive a reference number called a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) that you need to submit to the UK embassy along with your General Student Visa application. Students who have successfully booked a language course and have paid their fees will receive a CAS from EC Manchester. Please note that UK law states that a CAS can only be issued to students who intend to pursue English language studies for over 11 months.

If you are studying in the UK for 11 months or less, you have to apply for a special visitor visa called a Student Visitor Visa. As a student visitor, you will not be able to work part-time while studying. If you plan to study in the UK for 11 months or less, a letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you. If you wish to receive your paperwork by express mail, you will be charged £ 75 when you register.

Travel insurance

Study abroad worry-free with Language International's health and personal effects insurance coverage. When you book a course with us, you can opt to purchase an international insurance plan that covers not only your health care cost but also loss of your personal belongings. "I want to know if the below listed is correct. 1. The student can choose his field. 2. Some fields have minimum length 3. Internships are in London 4. Minimum level is High Intermediate Is this correct?"

Yes it that correct. In order to make sure that the field will be available for the dates that student wants to book, we would need more information such as student’s CV so we can guarantee availability in the field chosen

"I have a prospective student from Austria who would like to study at A2Z School of English. Could you let me know if you could make an exception and accept a home stay booking for ONE week only? If yes, would you be able to offer a host family that can offer gluten free half-board?"

Isabel Kaczmarek, A2Z School of English school representative

I am confident that we can find a host. As for the gluten-free diet, this won't be a problem, we have done this before and have host that can cater for this.
