Course Overview includes: • Morning General 20 in mixed age classes • Afternoon activities: 3 p/wk • Course duration: 1–4 wks • Minimum age: 40 • Elementary to Advanced levels Example activities include: winery visits, rain forest excursions, Maori weaving, boat trips, theatre visits, Kensington Palace. At LSI we welcome mature students of all ages, who are “young at heart” on all our courses throughout the year.

Course Overview includes: • 10 lessons per week (2 lessons per day) • Duration: 10 x 50 minutes (8.34 hours per week) • 15 students max.

The Intensive 35 course is the fastest way for students to improve their English skills, regardless of their starting level. The course consists of 20 lessons of general English, 7 lessons of structured study, and 8 lessons of elective English each week.

The Semi-Intensive program is available for students who would like to study part-time. It is a flexible ESL program focusing on improving your English ability by covering all skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking.

The Super-intensive program is available for students who would like to study full-time. It is a flexible ESL program focusing on improving your English ability by covering all skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking.

ENROLLMENT and PLACEMENT: Upon registration, new students do an oral and written assessment test in order to be placed in an ESL class which corresponds to their level of English. Each session is in two parts which lasts for 8 weeks.

POWER ENGLISH : 38 LESSONS PER WEEK To learn English and progress faster, students can choose the Power English program which includes an extra Power Class in the afternoon (extra lessons from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm on Monday Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). General English (20 lessons per week) will give you a practical understanding of the English language and take you all the way to fluency. See your confidence improve as we train you in all four communication skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.

One-to-One tuition is the ultimate course for making maximum progress during a short period of time. This is an intensive course which is 100% focused on your English language needs and designed by your teachers to meet your requirements.

The Semi-Intensive 24 course focuses on language fluency as a main goal. The four major skills students will practice are reading, writing, speaking and listening.
