The school is owned by a Turkish-French family. Babil is located in the heart of the city on the İsmetpasa tram stop. It is very close to Clock Tower, Old city and Marina. The school is accessible by car, bus or you can walk. You can take the nostalgia tram to go to Konyaaltı Beach or Shopping Malls. You can also take a bus & tram for different areas. There is a taxi company next to our building. You can also take a nice long walk to see Kaleiçi (Old City) and Hadrian’s Gate and have a cup of coffee in the cafes. Our school is on the fourth floor and has a great view of the city. We have ADSL wireless connection.
Babil offers various courses (English, Turkish, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Italian language courses) and housing options for groups and individuals in Antalya. It is approved by the Ministry of National Education in Turkey.

About the Turkish Language courses
Course includes: Speaking & Listening, Reading & Writing, Grammar & Vocabulary and Communication Skills. On the first day, the students are divided into groups according to their level tests. The course starts with a revision of the previous study, continues with grammar and writing exercises and ends with speaking and listening exercises. The minimum student age limit for adult courses is 18. The class includes 1-8 students. We also have children groups in summer. Children groups are between 5-15 years old. At the end of the course, the students are given certificates.

Teaching method
Our teaching method is a Communicative Approach which is based on a united study of grammar, listening, writing and speaking including active class participation in the target language. In the beginner class, the language is English and Turkish. The other classes are conducted in Turkish. We provide an efficient course book and other study materials. The classes are organised to include daily conversations, grammar structures and speaking activities. The teachers are motivated to teach efficiently. Moreover, to create more interest in the Turkish language; we use history of Turkey, cultural aspects, internationally known songs in Turkish, poems and fairy tales etc. For example at the end of the course the student memorizes a Turkish song and a poem.
